Sage Roasted Turnips & Parsnips


1 cup sliced turnips
1 cup sliced parsnips
3 tbsp. chopped sage
1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1 1/2 tsp. groung black pepper
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil


1. Preheat oven to 375º.

2. Cut vegetables to preference. Toss with sage, pepper, and salt. Place on baking sheet and drizzle oil onto it.

3. Please in oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes. Vegetables may be substituted with sweet potatoes and yams.
