Club Circuit

12 sessions (twice a week)
$240/Member, $300/Non-Member

Small Group Circuit Training. Club Circuit is a time efficient, high energy circuit training regimen. Training starts with a dynamic warm up and core training, followed by 40 minutes of intense exercise. All club equipment is utilized and each session varies.

Circuit training stations alternate between muscle groups which allows one muscle to rest while the next is used. This benefit of variability challenges the skills of the participant.

Club Circuit trainings are coached by a Personal Trainer in groups of three-five. Club Circuit is powered by group motivation.

- Tuesday 7am, 11am, and 1pm - Wednesday 6am and 11:30am - Thursday 11am and 1pm
