Founded in 1991, Club One is an award-winning fitness and wellness provider in the United States. Operating 12 Club One branded clubs in Northern California, and 6 Frog’s Fitness branded locations in Southern California, we also manage more than 60 quality fitness and wellness programs for corporations such as Motorola, AOL, Chevron, and eBay, community centers, multi-tenant business parks and municipalities throughout the United States and Canada.

Career and Growth Success Stories

Valerie Gordon

Valerie joined Club One in 1992 as a group fitness instructor at the Almaden Valley commercial club. In 1997, she was promoted to program manager at General Electric (GE), one of the corporate managed locations, then became a group fitness director and senior program manager. Today, Valerie is a full-time regional program manager, providing motivation and encouragement to empower her staff at 23 locations.



Minoria Franks

Always up for a challenge, Minoria started her career at Club One as a service desk representative at the Yerba Buena commercial club in 2002. Quickly promoted to operations manager and finally assistant general manager of the Fillmore location (one of the largest clubs in San Francisco), Minoria ensures her team establishes key relationships with their members and provides personalized, enjoyable experiences for them.



Tony Cavallo

Tony established his first-class customer service skills by starting his Club One career as a service desk representative. He became operations manager and then assistant general manager, before taking on the general manager position that he now serves at the Union Square location. Tony’s favorite thing about Club One is its constant focus on providing innovative classes, services and equipment to its members.



Lisa Lee

Always exhibiting a high level of energy and excitement, Lisa began her Club One career as a fitness trainer. Within a few months, she was promoted to assistant fitness manager. From there Lisa brought her talents to service one of the corporate sites, and continued to move up within the company by becoming a senior program manager overseeing four different sites, and then regional manager overseeing 13 sites. Capitalizing on her vast experience and interest in creating systems to benefit all corporate sites, Lisa took on a new role of project management, and training and development.
