Specialty Class Training
In addition to our primary group fitness classes, we periodically offer
new specialty classes that educate and train our members in specific
fitness techniques or practices. These specialty classes are available
to members for an additional fee.
Feldenkrais®
Awareness Through Movement® The Feldenkrais Method® is an educational
system that creates an awareness of whole body movement. Overall
physical functioning improves as a result of incorporating parts of the
body that are excluded, unconsidered, or forgotten in habitual
actions.
NIA
Neuromuscular Integrative Action (NIA) is a body-mind movement class
blending dance and martial arts. NIA trains the heart, tones muscles,
improves balance, and releases stress and tension with creative
movements.
Rebound
Rebound is an exercise class in which you perform a series of small,
controlled movements on a mini trampoline. It is a virtually
non-impact, cardiovascular form of exercise that has been shown to
improve coordination, balance, and muscle tone while stimulating the
lymphatic system.

Camps/Modular Training
Many Club One members are ready to specialize and push their fitness
program to new levels in one focus area. Club One’s specialty camps,
also known as modular training programs, offer a challenging,
intensive, and goal-oriented workout that helps you train harder and
smarter. These specialized 6- to 12-week camps are results driven, led
by experienced professionals, and they're fun!
Boot Camp
Several years ago, Club One was recognized as the creator of the “Boot
Camp” program for fitness clubs. Former Navy Seals, who were on staff
as fitness trainers at Club One, brought their experiences and training
to Club One to create a uniquely effective Boot Camp program that was
later picked up by clubs throughout the country. This 6- to 12-week
class combines a
circuit of resistance stations with Spinning®, Muay Thai kickboxing,
rebounding, and athletic drills.
Performance Max™
Club One’s Performance Max™ program—a 10-week, periodized
cross-training program—adapts cutting-edge training strategies for
fitness enthusiasts of all levels. This program is specifically geared
to individuals who want to enhance their endurance, strength, and
athletic performance. Cycling, rowing, stretching, weight training, and
nutritional counseling are components of these coach-led training
sessions.
Spin® Camp
Join some of the leading Spinning® instructors in an eight-week,
three-day-a-week workout that includes a detailed conditioning
evaluation and personal coaching in a group setting.
Yoga Camp
Yoga is an ancient discipline consisting of physical and mental
exercises, including postures, breathing, and meditation, which
stabilize, condition, and reward the mind and body. Our yoga camp
specializes in the Hatha Yoga method, which is known for its precision
and attention to detail.
