Personal Training Options

After you’ve completed the One Start Orientation and Program Design sessions, the choice is yours as you navigate the fitness continuum: work with a certified personal trainer, work out in a group fitness setting or other small training group, or continue your training program on your own. At Club One, we understand that different needs, goals, and budgets require customized solutions.

One-on-One Training: Many individuals prefer the traditional concept of one-on-one supervised training. After consulting with your trainer, he/she will create a customized, goal-oriented workout program that meets your needs and objectives. This type of training is a smart choice if you have a history of injuries or a busy schedule that have prevented you from reaching your fitness goals. One-on-one training is available either in single sessions or in packages of three, five, or 10 sessions.

Semi-Private or “Buddy” Training:
Some members prefer to train with a partner or friend, but also want the personalized attention and supervision that comes with personal training. “Buddy” training is the perfect option and is also available either in single sessions or in packages of three, five, or 10 sessions.

Small Group Training: These small groups consist of 3–10 individuals with a common goal and similar fitness levels. They train together two to three times a week for 10–12 weeks per series. If you enjoy the camaraderie and peer support of a group, this is a smart choice. These training series incorporate flexibility training, cardiovascular training, strength training, and nutritional counseling. These programs are the most affordable group training options that are coached by a personal trainer or fitness coach.
