Semi-Private or “Buddy” Training
Buddy up for better results. If you prefer to train with a spouse, friend, or partner, then this is the perfect solution to receive special attention. Available in single sessions or in packages of 3, 5, or 10 sessions.

Small Group Training
Join a group of 3-10 individuals with similar fitness levels and goals. This affordable option provides peer support and friendship while being coached by one of the region’s top personal fitness experts. They’ll help you focus on the basics like strength training, flexibility and cardio while receiving nutrition counseling. Train two to three times a week for 10-12 weeks per series.
