Met One is a scientifically proven and personalized program of nutrition and fitness management, so you get the results you want–lose weight and gain confidence, fitness and knowledge. Our outstanding team of cardio trainers, strength trainers and expert nutritionists work together to provide you with a stimulating environment and the tools you need to succeed.

Met One is challenging, educational and transformational. It's designed for individuals who are ready to take positive, aggressive action. Most weight management offerings boast big results for little investment of time or effort. If you're tired of the hype and are ready to make a real investment in your health and fitness, you can reap real results with this program.

The Met One program aims to deliver steady weight loss, driven by elevated activity levels and sound nutrition. Weight loss in the program is mostly body fat. In addition, participants are seeing reduced blood pressure, improved cholesterol and blood glucose levels, increased strength and endurance, and higher energy levels throughout the day.  Some participants have reduced or eliminated their medications for high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes.

Impressive Recent Quarterly Results*:
Percentage of participants losing body fat (15 participants) = 100%
Average weekly body fast loss per participant = 1.2 pounds
Maximum weekly body fat loss by participant = 3.1 pounds
Big gains in cardiovascular fitness and strength

*Based upon data for first 5 weeks for our 15 program participants.

Met One delivers results through:
  • PMAX cardio training sessions 3x each week
  • Optional strength training sessions (highly recommended) 2x each week
  • Set of 4 nutrition education sessions
  • One-on-one nutrition counseling
  • Regular food journal reviews
  • Plenty of progress markers so you can watch your success happen
  • VO2 or field testing for accurate training targets
  • Focus and discipline for body and mind
  • Periodic measurement of body composition, weight, blood pressure, resting heart rate and body dimensions
  • Periodic progress reporting
  • Fun and friendly training environment

Now is the Time
Many individuals are interested in a serious approach to managing their weight. Few are willing to invest the time. This is a curious phenomenon when you consider:

  • Each day an individual lives with surplus weight and related conditions puts additional wear and tear on his/her body.  The longer an individual waits to take action, the greater the cumulative effect.
  • Individuals who take the time to get fit now are likely to lead longer and healthier lives.
  • Individuals who exercise regularly and pay attention to their diets feel better and are more alert throughout the day.

There is never a convenient time to start. If you invest the time now, you will be paid back many times over.
