Performance Max
PMAX offers challenging physical and mental training from coaches with deep expertise. In this 10-week program which includes Spinning, Rowing and more—these sessions offer life-changing levels of energy to hundreds of participants.
Each component in PMAX offers a specific goal:
- Spinning: indoor cycling for leg strength and cardiovascular efficiency
- Performance Cycling: computerized cycling for performance measurement
- Concept2 Rowing: stationary rowing for overall strength and cardiovascular efficiency
- Active-Isolated Stretching: advanced stretching for flexibility
- Core Training: strengthening for the abdominal, lower back and oblique muscles for total body power

Met One
Want to lose weight and gain confidence? Met One is designed for serious individuals who are ready to take the necessary steps through positive, aggressive action. Our outstanding team of cardio trainers, strength trainers and expert nutritionists work together to help you transform your body.
Participants in Met One have seen reduced blood pressure, improved cholesterol and blood glucose levels, increased strength and endurance, and higher energy levels throughout the day. Some participants have reduced or eliminated their medications all together for high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes.
Met One delivers results through:
- PMAX cardio training sessions 3x each week
- Optional strength training sessions (highly recommended) 2x each week
- Set of 4 nutrition education sessions
- One-on-one nutrition counseling
- Regular food journal reviews
- Plenty of progress markers so you can watch your success happen
- VO2 or field testing for accurate training targets
- Focus and discipline for body and mind
- Periodic measurement of body composition, weight, blood pressure, resting heart rate and body dimensions
- Periodic progress reporting
